Eugenio Boer - A taste of adventure with the Ranger Raptor

The fourth episode in Ford's Taste of Adventure with the Ranger Raptor series features Eugenio Boer who's head chef at Bu:R Restaurant in Milan.

Eugenio’s dishes are characterised by a very strong Italian gastronomic tradition. With the help of his friend and partner Damian Piotr, he created a powder made from herbs to complement his beetroot and goat cheese on a bed of porcini mushrooms.
